This is the foundation. The script defines the story, message, and flow of the animation. A clear, concise script ensures the animation communicates the right idea in a limited time. Along with this, moodboards or references are collected to lock in the creative direction.

Storyboarding & Design:

In this stage, the visual blueprint is created. Storyboards map each scene frame by frame, showing how the script will be visualized. After that, style frames (final design samples) are developed to establish the look, color palette, typography, and illustration style.

Animation & Motion Design:

Here, static visuals come to life. The designed assets are animated with smooth transitions, character movements, or kinetic text, depending on the project. The pacing is aligned with the script and voiceover to keep the story engaging and easy to follow.

Final Deliveries & Revisions:
